Earth Hour at Tulip Restaurant
On Saturday March 19, Tulip will be switching off the lights for the Earth Hour Movement.
Earth Hour takes place all around the world between 8:30 and 9:30pm. We will have a “raw” menu for the night including dishes prepared with minimal electricity. Our cooking will take place on our charcoal barbecue. Sustainable wines with minimal intervention will be on the pour.
